Investment Criteria
No two acquisitions are the same, but all of our investments share the following criteria:
Industry Focus
Commercial Landscape Maintenance. We are also interested in tree trimming. We don't like residential, construction or design work.
EBITDA
We are flexible with the size of the companies we buy and the structure we deploy. We fit best with companies that have between 300k and 3MM of EBITDA.
Geography
We call the Western U.S. our home, and like to invest in our own backyard. Headquartered in San Diego, CA, we try to keep plane rides to 2 hours or less.
Our Big Backyard
There are great landscaping companies all across the United States, but we only acquire companies in the Western part of the country. We understand this market, the business culture and the people who live in our own big backyard.
